About

Discover Abel Tasman from the water with guided sea kayaking for every level. Departing daily from Kaiteretere, choose an easy paddle around the bay, kayak to iconic Split Apple Rock, or spend a full day exploring sheltered lagoons, secluded coves and granite-fringed bays from Torrent Bay. Look out for seals, seabirds and other marine life, and try kayak sailing on selected trips when conditions allow. No experience is needed, with professional guides, quality kayak gear, full instruction and boat back-up.

Combine kayaking with a Vista Cruise and coastal walk, or stay longer on a three or five-day all-inclusive journey, combining kayaking and walking with meals, luggage transfers and stays at our exclusive beachfront lodges.
