Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a deposit equal to 1 night or 50 % on multiple nights stay
Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply a strict cancellation policy. When a cancellation is received within 30 days of your intended arrival date, we will retain 25% of the room cost; 20 days, 75%; and 100% if less than 10 days notice is given. Every effort will be made to re-book the room and, if successful, the fee will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $ 20. Special conditions apply for Group cancellations.
A selection of wooden cottages, all made out of recycled timber. Most of them had a previous life as either farming or forestry accommodation and were shifted here to be renovated and decorated, in order to provide a comfortable holiday away from home.
If you come here you will enjoy an easy carefree relaxed atmosphere, in a quiet rural park, with birds singing from the oak trees and farming animals grazing around you.
