Breakfast
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable. Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No Smoking' rooms and areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges. Payment Policy Credit card details are required to secure your booking. Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure.
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, one night is chargeable. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged. Reservations made which involve a minimum stay period will be charged the full normal nightly tariff should the stay period be reduced for any reason.
All 10 self-contained units offer breathtaking views of the lake & mountains making for a most memorable stay in one of the most picturesque places in New Zealand.
4 Studio units sleep 2, 6 Family/studio units sleep 2-5 with the king bed in living area & single beds in separate bedroom.
All have in-room spas, king size beds and kitchen facilities, My Sky Guest Select 50+ channels, DVD players, Free Fibre WiFi, Nespresso Coffee Machines, hair dryers, ironing facilities. In addition there is an on-site Thermal plunge pool, BBQ, guest laundry & free off road parking.
Cooked or continental breakfast served to your room is available on request for an extra charge.
