During Peak times including December 23 - January 12, Easter Period, and Public Holidays, we require 10 working days for notification of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in full charges being made. At other times, we require at least 48 hrs notice if you intend to cancel your booking. Failure to do so may result in you being charged a cancellation fee of the full accommodation costs . We also reserve the right to hold any deposit held in relation to said booking.
