Cancellations 1- 7 days prior to the date of planned arrival – non-refundable 100% of the booking value will be applied. Cancellations 7 - 14 days prior to the date of arrival are 50% refundable. Cancellations 14 days or more are fully refundable however we much prefer to rebook you, as you don’t want to miss a stay at Ripples. 3% credit card fee on all cancellations. $25 administration fee on all changes to bookings.
