Child Policy: We do not accept children under the age of 14 years
We would prefer you not to cancel at all, however, on the odd occasion, when circumstances conspire against you and you just have to cancel your booking we would ask for 7 days notice in order for you not to be charged at all. Less than 7 days notice but before 48 hours notice will/may incur the first night being charged to you. After 48 hours then the full amount for the booking is payable, unless we manage to re-let out the cancelled room at the same rate.
Come and relax in our guest lounge with real fire, and enjoy the peace and quiet with beautiful views over the city. Enjoy the views from our spa pool with a glass of wine.
All 3 rooms are en-suite with TV's, tea/coffee, hairdryers & bathrobes. Other facilities include gym, sauna and spa.
Breakfast is continental with cereals, homemade musili, yoghurts, jams and peanut butter, fruit juice, fresh fruit, rolls and tea/coffee.
We also have 2 separate self-catering options. The 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 2 adults and the apartment sleeps up to 4 people.Both are fully self contained. The cottage has a queen bed and the apartment has a queen and 2 king single beds. Children must be over 14yrs of age to stay in the apartment.
