Coxs' Vineyard is positioned on the sweet spot of premium Central Otago viticultural terrain, in the middle of the central terraces of Gibbston. The soil, site aspects and weather are all perfect for growing premium single vineyard pinot noir and gris. In fact we are now recognised as one of the best viticultural sites in the world. Our Pinot Noir has won numerous gold medals and trophy awards at international wine competitions. The Tasting Room is on the vineyard next to our home. This is where we will welcome you into a renovated 1960s school building that is also a gallery exhibiting work by many of New Zealand's most established artists. We promise you a down to earth, quality experience without the distractions of other visitors.
