Distill your own workshops are designed for 4 people. Please contact us if you have a smaller or larger group.
We appreciate 24 hours notice of cancellation. All workshops are charged at the end of the workshop.
Dunedin Craft Distillers is the first distillery in Aotearoa and one of only a handful worldwide, to produce spirits and liqueurs exclusively from local bread and bakery goods otherwise destined for waste. Our distilling workshops provide a unique opportunity to learn about the art and craft of distillation first-hand. Starting from our unique bread-based spirit we guide you through selection of botanicals, charging and running the still, cutting to proof and bottling. There is ample time for experimentation and questions and all workshops include a brief brewhouse tour as well as light refreshments and a complimentary Gin and Tonic. Workshops are run by the distillery founders or experienced staff.
