Rates subject to change depending on the season and number of people staying. Minimum 3 night stay, might vary depending on the season. Cleaning Fee & Refundable bond payable per booking.

Guests wishing to stay must be over 25 to book. The person booking must stay at the house. No Parties / Hens or Bucks groups Outdoor area and spa are not to be used after 10pm and before 7am No smoking in the house. Children must be supervised on decking, in the spa pool & around the fireplace. Owner keeps car in garage so only 1 car park available for guests in garage. There are a number of stairs leading up to the property. Not suitable for those with mobility issues.

We will refund: 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30-60 days prior to your arrival. There will be no refund applicable for any bookings cancelled less than 30 days prior to your arrival. * excluding any credit card fees Ask about our Covid cancellation policy.
