All flights require a minimum number of passengers for departures. Bookings will be accepted for numbers less than the required minimum number on the basis that bookings will be coordinated to achieve minimum numbers. Should inclement weather prevent a flight at the booked location, the same prepaid voucher will be accepted at any of The Helicopter Line aviation bases for a flight of similar duration and price. This avoids the situation of refunds.
Should you fail to check-in on time, or notify us of changes less than 24-hours prior to departure, your credit card will be debited with the total amount of the booked activity.
