Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time incur a fee equal to 10% of the total rental charges. Cancellations within 24 hours of pick-up, and no-shows, incur a fee equal to 100% of the rental charges. Online cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours before pick-up.
