Pricing is based on double occupancy. Extra guests (beyond 2) are charged an additional fee of $70 NZD per night. Cleaning fee $70 NZD per stay.
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
An enchanting rural property in a quiet, tranquil setting surrounded by trees, birds & fresh air. Escape & take time out in the spa pool or just enjoy a break from the noise of the city. Close to Otaki forks, railway station & village shops, the beach and a number of Kapiti Coast wedding venues. Very private, with a long driveway at the end of a cul-de-sac but only 5 minutes drive to Otaki shops & 10 minutes to the beach.
The cottage has been newly remodelled and includes a private outdoor seating area and spa pool. Feel free to wander through the gardens and visit the chickens. Must be dog friendly as there are three small dogs on site.
