Pick-ups available from 2.30am onwards for sunrise hikers Transfer may be via tuk tuk or 4WD Skoda depending on weather and road conditions Suitable for up to 3 passengers per vehicle Isthmus Peak Track is closed for fawning season from 20 November to 20 December each year Hikers are responsible for their own fitness, gear, food and water Track and weather conditions are subject to change - please check Department of Conservation (DOC) updates before hiking.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. If the track is closed by DOC or extreme weather makes the journey unsafe, you will be offered the option to reschedule.

We offer early morning pick-ups from as early as 2.30am, giving you plenty of time to reach the summit for sunrise. We collect you from your door anywhere in Wānaka and take you through stunning lake and mountain scenery before dropping you right at the trailhead - no parking stress or logistics to worry about. Your return pick-up is arranged for whatever time suits you. Please note: the Isthmus Peak Track is closed for fawning season from 20 November to 20 December.
