Reduced rate in winter. Reduced rate possible for 3 or more days. $10 surcharge for one night stays December to April.
I require credit card details or a deposit to secure a booking. My cancellation policy is to debit 50% of the room rate if a cancellation occurs within 7 days before the booked date, 75% if it occurs within 48 hours of the booked date and 100% if you do not arrive and do not give notice. If I am able to let the room, I will not debit the card.

The bedrooms are large, sunny & comfortable. The fully equipped guest kitchen is an added bonus (there may be an extra charge for use).
