The Point is home to a friendly caring community and guests visiting Lakeshore Luxury Villa are welcomed to use its privately owned but shared facilities. However guests should respect the peace, tranquillity and privacy of residents by showing consideration and complying with all published rules and limits (including those relating to roads, harbours and the pavilion area). Please note Lakeshore Luxury Villa is not suitable for a large party and noise must be kept to a minimum after midnight.
Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of your payment in full. This payment is non-refundable in the event of a no-show. A bond and service fee will be advised at the time of booking to cover cleaning and supply of fresh linen. Please advise as soon as possible if for any reason you need to cancel your reservation. We will then refund your payment (less a 15% administration fee) if we are able to rebook your accommodation for the same period.

From the minute you drive through the gates you’ll appreciate this special experience. You’ll be surrounded by beautiful native trees & immersed in tranquil bird song with the lapping of crystal-clear waters below. With direct access to the lakeshore, guests enjoy exploring the walking tracks through native bush to private bays for swimming, sun bathing, kayaking, and fishing; plus use of all communal facilities including two private boat ramps, boat parking, helipad, two floodlit tennis courts with pavilion, petanque & croquet greens, and manicured gardens set in park like grounds.
