Farm Tour $50 per adult children free with accompanying adult, please enquire.
Payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made by direct debit or credit card on our online booking system.
Cancellation up to one month prior to your booking, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellation up to 3 days prior to your booking – 20% deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellation within 24 hours of your booking incurs a 100% forfeit of the total amount unless we can fill your booking.
Lynton Downs Station is nestled into the hills on the Inland Road in Kaikoura. We welcome guests to stay in our gorgeous newly renovated Farm House Apartment on our sheep and beef farm with its rich and interesting history. Lynton Downs is not just a place to stay but a place to experience and to relax. As farmers on this land, our wish is to share this with others, and our hope is that all our guests can take away a little bit of Lynton Downs in their hearts as it is ‘a place where one can simply just be.’
