Payment Policy For bookings of four room nights or more we require a (non-refundable) 30% deposit 90 days before the arrival date; otherwise payment is made on departure. Tariff includes the New Zealand Goods and Services Tax of 15%.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. In addition, if a 30% deposit has been paid, it is forfeited if the booking is cancelled within 90 days before the arrival date. In all cases, we will endeavour to on-sell cancelled rooms and will refund accordingly. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT POLICY Please check-in between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm as we would like to be here to welcome you personally! (Other times by arrangement.) Check out is 10:00
The Lodge offers quality B&B accommodation with character. Enjoy warm and relaxed hospitality, a comfortable bed and a hearty breakfast before exploring Murchison and the surrounding countryside. The warm and welcoming timber Lodge is set on four quiet acres of mature wooded gardens and paddocks. Surrounded by mountains and bordering the Buller River it feels miles from anywhere but a 5-10 minutes walk will have you to "down town" Murchison with its pubs, cafés and eclectic shops. Stop for a couple of nights - there's plenty to do and you can return at the end of the day to friendly faces and a cold beer on the veranda or a wine in front of the log fire.
