The entrance is into an open plan living, kitchen & dining area. The kitchen is fully set up for catering, with top of the range appliances. A brand new Smart TV, and a heatpump mean this is a fabulous property in all seasons. The open plan living area has sliding doors out onto the large deck, which has great lounge furniture as well as an outdoor dining area. Large umbrellas give good shade. The deck leads down onto a large flat lawn, which joins the reserve across the foot of the properties. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, Picnic Bay Vista is located a minute away from the Kennedy Point car ferry terminal, Waiheke Island and minutes from Oneroa Village and the Matiatia passenger ferry. There is a great winery just down the road.
