Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a fee of the first night of accommodation. During the period 22nd December - 9th January, cancellations made within 1 week of arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the booking amount.

Kapiti is a great holiday spot at any time of the year. Raumati Sands Resort is situated just 200 metres from Raumati Beach, and is very close to a beautiful park with a playground. It is a short stroll away from Raumati Village which has a great range of cafes, restaurants and gift stores. Our newly renovated mineral pool is now available for our guests to enjoy. It has a unique combination of minerals which help your muscles relax and are gentle on the skin.
