Guests wishing to stay must be over 25 to book. The person booking must stay at the house. No Parties / Hens or Bucks groups. No parties, loud music or anti-social behaviour - please respect our neighbours. Outdoor area not to be used between 10pm - 7am per council rules Guests do not have access to the bikes in the garage. No drones allowed. No smoking in the house. Please supervise your children around the fire. We ask that you use the coasters on the tables at all times.

We will refund 100% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled over 90 days prior to your arrival. 80% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 61-90 days prior to your arrival. 50% of your total funds paid* less NZ$150 admin fee if cancelled 30 – 60 days prior to your arrival.
