Within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. Because of our intimate size, a cancellation affects us significantly. Therefore we adhere to a strict cancellation policy which is as follows 7 days out or more you will be charged 20% of the total booking ; less than 7 days notice full payment of the original total booking.
