Cancellation Policy angle-down

All tours and events go ahead rain or shine unless Pūkaha management deems it unsafe. If we cancel due to weather or staff, you get a full refund or rebook. Cancellations over 48hrs notice get a full refund minus 10% fee. Less than 48hrs notice are not refundable, but vouchers may be issued. Natural disasters or serious events are considered case by case.

Twilight Tour at Pūkaha. Step into the forest after dark on a guided wildlife adventure and discover the magic of Pūkaha at night. Learn about nocturnal species and conservation as you look and listen for kiwi, ruru, longfin eels, and other fascinating creatures. Duration: 1.5 hours (includes shared kai). Time: 7:30–9:00 pm. Each night is different - what you see depends on weather and forest activity. Nothing is guaranteed, but the thrill is in the search and the surprises along the way.
