All reservations will be promptly acknowledged and confirmed by our reservations staff. Please note that reservations are subject to logistics including minimum numbers, weather and ability therefore clients are required to reconfirm the day prior to departure.

Clients wanting to make changes are required to contact reservations at least 48 hours prior to departure. No refund will be given for no shows or changes made less than 24 hours prior to departure. If adverse weather prevents flying, there will be a full refund. If some heli-skiing has been possible but less than the runs booked, a partial refund is applicable.
