For children 0 - 2 years, infant cribs are available at no additional charge but are subject to availability at the time of booking. For children 3-12 years, free using existing bedding. Roll-away beds are not available at this property. Extra persons are not available in the Deluxe rooms. Deluxe Triple room can sleep a third person for an extra $100 per night.
Cancellations up to seven days before the booked date incur no fee. Thereafter the deposit may be retained and the total amount for the booked accommodation may be charged. Special conditions apply to group quotations/reservations.
Ratanui Lodge underwent a major refurbishment programme during winter 2021. The ten guest rooms are contemporary, stylish, and comfortable and the Lodge includes a restaurant and lounge bar which is open to the public for brunch, lunch, cocktails and dinner. All rooms have spacious ensuites are and include locally made bath products, the rooms have a Smart TV, free WIFI, tea & coffee making, ironing facilities, a fridge & robes. Each room sleeps 2 in a super king or two single beds. For families, infant cribs are available at no additional charge but are subject to availability at the time of booking.
