Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
Upstairs, you’ll find all three bedrooms: the master boasts a king bed, ensuite, and a balcony with a glimpse of the ocean; the second bedroom features a queen bed; and the third bedroom has a bunk set suitable for kids. A hallway bunk area near the stairs provides additional sleeping space for children only – the top bunk is not safe for small children. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where a fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep effortless, and the relaxed lounge invites you to unwind after a day at the beach. Step outside to your private outdoor area, complete with dining and seating – perfect for alfresco meals or evening drinks. For extra fun, enjoy the ping pong table in the garage.
