Children: We have cots and high chairs available for you to hire – just let us know prior to your check-in. Noise and disruption: We operate a strict no party policy for all of our properties. Please respect your neighbours be restricting noise after 10pm. Check-in Policy: 3pm on day of check in. Check-out policy:11am on day of check out.
Your full accommodation fare will charged either 30 days before check-in or upon booking if it is within that time frame. Our refund policy is as below: If you cancel 14+ days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 and 7 days before your check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less then 7 days before your check-in date, this is non-refundable.
