$60 per person for access to ride over the farm or $45 per person if they are staying in the accommodation as well.
Bring your own horse for a day horse trekking - $60 per rider or $45 if you are staying in the accommodation at Little Red School House. All riders must sign a risk disclosure statement before commencing their trek. A health & safety briefing will be given prior to departure and must be attended by all riders. Once your trek begins, you are riding independently and are responsible for your own safety. Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.
Treks can proceed in light rain, but if the weather is severe, then the treks can be rescheduled or cancelled and a full refund will be given in those circumstances.
Bring your own horse and enjoy an unforgettable ride across our 1000-hectare sheep and beef farm, just 30 minutes inland from Oamaru. On arrival, you’ll park on our spacious grass airstrip and receive a laminated farm map, a full safety briefing, and be required to sign a risk disclosure statement.
