Booking confirmation policy A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings. Any remaining balance must be paid for upon check in. Standard policy Cancellations within 1 day of arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking cost. 26 Dec - 14 January Please note that this period has a different cancellation policy to our standard cancellation policy. Any cancellation outside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
