This classic villa style house with wooden floor and chandeliers, 3 lovely bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom and separate lounge and dining space is very cosy and well presented. The owners have put a lot of attention into the garden, growing vegetables and a big strawberry patch.
It is a perfect place for outdoor dining and relaxing. The back fencing takes you to the Maitai River and beyond where you can start lovely walks or bike rides. Cross the bridge and your are on the Maitai River footpath that can take you either to the City Centre and the Marina, or down the gorgeous Maitai Valley.

All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 3 hours are included. There is a secure lock-up for bicycles, prams etc, and a single off-street car-park in front of the garage area (garage is not available for guest use). Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning is required.
