Check-in is from 2:00 pm, unless agreed otherwise. Check-out time is by 10 am. In exceptional cases guests can apply for a later check-out time (e.g. 11 am). This will be at the discretion of the Park Manager, who may check the site beforehand.
Cancellations always incur a fee of NZ$25, regardless of the circumstances. This is merely to cover administration costs, and does not represent a penalty. Direct Bookings: A cancellation less than 48 hours from 6pm NZ time of the arrival date will incur a charge of one night’s tariff. A “no show” or failure to arrive will incur a charge for the total value of the reservation. Caravan stays are a fun way to enjoy having a bit more comfort than staying in a tent, and the experience is so unique. Many call this type of stay glamping.
