Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom Ōhope Beach retreat is perfect for families, groups, or multi-family holidays. Spread across two levels, each floor includes its own kitchen, living area, bathroom, and two bedrooms, giving everyone space to relax comfortably. Enjoy stunning sea views from the front deck, a fully fenced backyard with alfresco dining and BBQ, plus direct beach access just across the road. There’s also plenty of space for boats, jet skis, bikes, and beach gear. Located close to local parks, the wharf, and Ōhope International Golf Club, the home is designed for easy coastal living.
