新西兰传统气泡酒专家 Daniel Le Brun 于 1997 年 7 月开启了自己的家族经营式葡萄酒酿造业务，采用的是法国香槟家族延续了 12 代人的完善工艺。

公司由 Le Brun 家族、营销商 Adele、酿酒师 Daniel Le Brun 以及其成年子女 Virginie 和 Remy 共同所有。

酒庄内陈列着从法国香槟区进口的先进加工设备。专注酿造限量版葡萄酒，使用的是专为酿造传统气泡酒而特别种植的顶级葡萄，并从葡萄架到酒架的每一个细节都做到一丝不苟。
