Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date incur no cancellation fee. Off-peak Season: a cancellation made within 30/7 days of your arrival day incurs a loss of 50%/100% of the total booking price. Peak Season: a cancellation made made within 30 days of arrival day incurs a loss of 100% of the total booking price. But, if you cancel and later you re-book with us within the same calendar year at the time of cancellation, we may be able to apply your payments to those dates.
Our two architecturally designed units offer modern, boutique accommodation: expansive outdoor decking and patios for entertaining, polished concrete floors with under-floor heating to ensure you are cozy and warm year round. The two units are separated by a covered breezeway, providing proximity for ‘together’ times with extended family & friends, as well as individual privacy.
We are located right in the heart of Mapua – great coffee, shops and restaurants on the Mapua Wharf (Jellyfish, Appleshed, Smokehouse, Alberta’s, Rimu Wine bar) and in the Village (The Village Bakery, Sprig n Fern, Java Hut) are all within 2-4 minutes walking distance.
