You must be 18 years old or over. If you are under 18, you must book a tour under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian; Before making a reservation, it is your responsibility to read all relevant information regarding the tour you would like chose; Company supports bank transfers/deposits/credit cards (with 2% handling fee)/Alipay or WeChat Payment (with 1.5% handling fee); Full payment must be made 14 days prior to departure; Guests are highly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
If guest decide to cancel an activity or meal during the trip. fees for activities or meals will not be refundable; The paid deposit portion will not be refunded under any circumstances; Cancellation/change of tour within 7 days of the departure date, 100% of the penalty apply; If guest does not appear on the day of tour (No show), the booking will be cancelled, and tour fee will not be refunded; Once an economy class ticket has been issued, it is not refundable for any reason at any time.
