Full payment is required to secure the booking and will be charged to the guest’s credit card within 7 days before arrival. A bond hold of $500–$1,000 NZD (depending on the property) will be placed on the guest’s credit card 7 days before arrival. This is a pre-authorisation hold only - no funds are charged to the card. The bond hold will be released within 7 working days after departure, provided the property is left in good condition. Visa/MasterCard incur a 3% fee; AMEX is not accepted.
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an espresso coffee machine, is perfect for making your morning brew or preparing meals. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds for comfort, and the bathroom includes a shower for your convenience.
There are two lounges to enjoy - one in the main living area with a Smart TV, and another cosy lounge with a Smart TV (Google Chrome Cast), beanbags and a couch, ideal for keeping the kids entertained while you unwind. The house is set on a fully fenced section with an outdoor patio, complete with a dining table, BBQ, and a grassy area perfect for relaxing. Kids will love the swing, and the outdoor space is perfect for year-round BBQs.
