Payment Policy: Full payment is required by either bank transfer or credit card (2.9% credit card fee is additional). Contact us if you would like to part pay the deposit and or require a invoice. Child Policy: The guest who books must be 25 years of age.
Your deposit is fully refundable (minus a $30.00 booking fee) if your reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days of your arrival date. 50% of the full amount of the booking will be charged, if the cancellation is received less than 30 days before arrival date. If the booking is cancelled or reduces in length within that 30 days of the booking or partway through the booking, guests are responsible for payment of all night’s reserved, regardless of guest’s actual arrival.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with an espresso coffee machine, is perfect for making your morning brew or preparing meals. Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds for comfort, and the bathroom includes a shower for your convenience.
There are two lounges to enjoy - one in the main living area with a smart TV, and another cosy lounge with a Smart TV (Google Chrome Cast), beanbags and a couch, ideal for keeping the kids entertained while you unwind. The house is set on a fully fenced section with an outdoor patio, complete with a dining table, BBQ, and a grassy area perfect for relaxing. Kids will love the swing, and the outdoor space is perfect for year-round BBQs.
