Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Free cancellation for any covid 19 related cancellation's. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 75% of total booking. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of total booking. We will make every effort to re-book and if successful there will be no cancellation fee.
A comfortable self-contained cottage perfect for a romantic getaway or a family holiday. Nestled on the hill above Kuaotunu Beach and beside Matarangi Reserve, with commanding views over beach, bush and bay. Abundant bird life and friendly farm animals add to this peaceful setting far removed from city life. A perfect place to relax, unwind, enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds you. The double room has a queen bed, the second bedroom two single beds, both with own bathrooms. Each bedroom has a TV/DVD and selection of DVD plus a glorious view. Luke's Kitchen, Kua Kafe and Kuaotunu Village just down the road. Pet and child friendly.
