Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Free cancellation for any covid 19 related cancellation's. Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 75% of total booking. Cancellation within 24 hours prior to arrival will incur a charge of 100% of total booking. We will make every effort to re-book and if successful there will be no cancellation fee.
A comfortable cottage perfect for a romantic getaway or just to chill out with the family.
The Rawhiti Cottage has a double room with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a bath, a dining room/kitchen and a separate lounge. All rooms have a glorious view over the olive grove, out to sea and over the paddock where various pets graze. The kitchen/ dining room has basic cooking facilities as well as tea/coffee and a fridge. A BBQ is on the veranda. The lounge has a comfortable sofa and day bed, a great space to relax or watch a movie, there is TV/DVD. A DVD library is available for guests. There is a second bathroom off the lounge.
Children are welcome as are dogs.
