Minimum 2 passengers to confirm a flight. Children under 2 years old and under 15kg are free of charge. Given alpine flying conditions, Glenorchy Air reserves the right to alter the flight paths, activity durations or cancel flights and activities due to weather and safety considerations. Alternative road transport will be arranged if necessary.

Cancellation Policy angle-down

To receive a full refund, travellers may cancel up to 24 hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period and therefore customers will be charged 100% cancellation fee.
