We operate from Clyde in Central Otago. Transfers from Queenstown or Wānaka are available at an additional cost.
Every multi-day and bespoke private tour we create is unique and thoughtfully tailored to our guests. Inclusions, timings, accommodation, dining, and experiences may vary depending on your preferences, travel dates, and availability. Any specific terms, deposits, payment schedules, or cancellation details will be discussed and confirmed with you at the time of booking to ensure the experience is the right fit for everyone involved.
A deposit is required to secure your booking and confirm your tour date. Full payment is due 14 days prior to travel. Cancellations made more than 14 days before departure will receive a refund less the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days may result in the loss of the deposit or full tour cost. We recommend travel insurance, as many policies cover cancellations depending on the circumstances.
