Scenic Short Hike Tour – McLaren Falls & Puketoki Reserve

Departing from the Tauranga Port Gates, this scenic hiking tour begins with a drive past Mount Maunganui and a stop at Mount Main Beach, famous for its golden sands and views of Mauao. We then travel through Tauranga and into the countryside to McLaren Falls Park. Enjoy a peaceful walk along the Glow Worm Track and lakeside paths through native bush beside Lake McLaren, with opportunities to spot glow worms along the way. After admiring McLaren Falls and lake views, we continue to the Minden Lookout for sweeping views across Tauranga Harbour and the Bay of Plenty. The tour finishes with a second forest walk at Puketoki Reserve before returning to Tauranga.
