The beautiful gardens gifted by Ted Smyth to our family; and incorporate the open courtyard, covered conservatory, and Summerhouse; which lead upto the thatch umbrella and rear garden, and vege garden.
Under the thatch umbrella; the coolest part of the property, where you are surrounded by the local wildlife.
With commanding south facing views of the township across Lake Taupo to the Mountains of the UNESCO dual World Heritage National Park, Kaimaniwa Ranges and beyond. This deck also connects and shares the views with the lounge and dining rooms

It has private access to the front deck and thermal bath; with commanding south facing views of the township across Lake Taupo to the mountains of the UNESCO dual World Heritage National Park, Kaimaniwa Ranges and beyond. This deck also connects and shares the views with the lounge and dining rooms. A continental breakfast is also included.
