Credit card details to be provided when making a reservation to secure the reservation. Full payment is required before or upon arrival. A non refundable deposit may also be required. Seasonal rates apply and prices may change accordingly. Group Bookings will need prior approval and special conditions apply.
Cancellations 7-14 days before the booked date incur no fee. Cancellations due to Covid-19 restrictions also incur no fee. If a guest fails to turn up, full payment will be charged. Earlier departure than the reserved date will NOT result in a refund. We reserve the right to refuse groups under the age of 25 years as well as the right to refuse any person/s from our Motel - cancellation fees will apply.
We have studio units with kitchenettes, deluxe studios, one and two bedroom units with fully equipped kitchens. All have air conditioning and unlimited free wifi.
Enjoy the fully equipped BBQ area. There are beach towels and boogie boards available for your visit to the beach.
Laundry facilities are available for long term guests and guests touring New Zealand.
An extra long car park is available for your boat, trailer or long vehicle by neg.
Almost next to RSA, a short walk to the beach, into town or the Whangamata Club, walk to a 9 hole golf course, 2 mins drive to 18 hole golf course, beach and estuary.
