Check in is from 3pm, and check out is by 10am. The nightly rate is for two guests. The price includes a gourmet-style European breakfast for two. The historic nature and layout of Casa Nova House does not make the first floor child friendly, so we only welcome children above the age of thirteen to stay. Unfortunately we are not able to offer disabled access to our guest rooms as these are all located on the first floor. We do have disabled access to our ground floor restaurant and ground floor.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price. Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price. To play our part in Conserving for Tomorrow. Casa Nova house has a three night change the linen & towel policy (unless required earlier) to help with the consumption of water and chemical use. Our guest rooms are hygienically cleaned and all linens are changed between guests. Credit card payments incur a +2.5% surcharge.
Our three distinctive guest rooms are located on the first floor of this historic bed and breakfast house. We offer a variety of amenities to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible. Free wireless internet is available throughout the house and grounds. Each guest room features a smart TV with Netflix, Freeview and mirroring capabilities. We also offer our guests complimentary New Zealand crafted bathroom amenities by Marihi Aotearoa. Enjoy a delicious European-inspired breakfast for two in the Burns Sitting Room on each day of your stay.
