As there is a creek in the back garden, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. While the property welcomes pets, it isn't fully fenced so pet owners need to keep an eye on their pets at all times. While pets are welcome inside, please note that they are not allowed on furniture. Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
