Exclusive Use Includes Accommodation, all Meals, Private Chef & Staff. Minimum of 3-night stay. Rate is per night based on number of guests.
Exclusive Use Rates: All rates are quoted in NZ$ and include 15% GST 3-night minimum stay throughout the year Booking Deposit Terms: A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation The booking is transferrable, but not refundable. A further 50% of total is payable 30-days prior to your booking date The final 30% full balance and payment is payable We accept credit cards (2.5% fee) or direct bank credit
Cancellations received with less than thirty (30) days’ notice are subject to the non-refundable reservation deposit. Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice are subject to a 60% forfeit. No shows will forfeit 100% total booking period. No refunds for early departures or dinner cancellations. It is recommended that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Includes: 13 rooms & massage room & acommodates up to 28 guests. Private Chef catering to your dietary needs, continental breakfast – platter lunch; aperitifs & nibbles & 2-course dinner daily.• Front of house staff to serve food & drinks, housekeeper to refresh daily, Lounge/Bar, Guest Lounge, Restaurant & Deck, Activities Room (pool table & table tennis) & Helipad. Activities equipment: kayaks, SUP's, mountain bikes, boat with skipper available for hire; masseuse & yoga available. Children of all ages welcome.
