Raetihi Lodge is an all-inclusive Exclusive Use private boutique lodge on the waterfront in the Marlborough Sounds. Exclusive Use on the 50-acre estate includes Accommodation, Meals & Private Chef/Staff, and we accommodate between 10 – 28 guests.

Exclusive Use Includes Accommodation, all Meals, Private Chef & Staff. Minimum of 3-night stay. Rate is per night based on number of guests.
Rates • All rates are quoted in NZ$ and include 15% GST • 3-night minimum stay throughout the year Booking Deposit Terms • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation • The booking is transferrable, but not refundable. • A further 50% of total is payable 30-days prior to your booking date • The final 30% full balance and payment is payable • We accept credit cards (2.5% fee) or direct bank credit
• Cancellations received with less than thirty (30) days’ notice are subject to the non-refundable reservation deposit. Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ notice are subject to a 60% forfeit. • No shows will forfeit 100% total booking period. • No refunds for early departures or dinner cancellations. • It is recommended that travel insurance be taken out, in case of unforeseen circumstances.
