Firstly, take the stairs down to Time Tripper, our 13 minute state-of-the-art animated show which takes you back 90 million years. Learn the legend of Lake Wakatipu, and what the region was like long before Lake Wakatipu was formed. After this enjoy 10-15 minutes of underwater viewing where you can see the eels, diving ducks and trout that lie beneath. Then back in present day, step on board the Big Yellows at the Main Town Pier and get ready for thrills, spins and stunning scenery. With both activities located at the Main Town Pier, we make it easy for you to get your adrenaline fix as well as learn about Queenstown’s history and explore a time when dinosaurs roamed the earth.
