As such our booking and cancellation policy is as follows: * Cancellations of confirmed bookings will incur an administration fee equivalent to 20% of the value of the booking. * Cancellations within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking value. * Cancellations within 7 days of arrival date, or failure to arrive will incur the full cost of your booking.
