Our bespoke holidays are tailored to guest's requirements of duration, timing, pace, style, budget, support requirements, activity preferences, areas wishing to visit. Once you are happy with the itinerary, and upon confirmation you would like to proceed with your Ability Adventures tour, we then organise everything from that point – accommodation, vehicle and activity bookings, support arrangements, tour/accessibility folio etc.
Multi-day tours - to confirm booking, a 20% (of tour cost) non-refundable deposit is required. Balance of payment is due no later than 2 months (60 days) prior to the tour departure. Cancellation fee 30-59 days 50%(% of total tour cost), 15-29 days 75% 0-14 days 100%.
